Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Luvv.Wavv, you agree to these terms. Please read them — the short version is: be a decent person, take care of yourself, and know this is a companion for the journey, not a replacement for professional help.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Luvv.Wavv. Members between 13 and 17 may use the journey, journal, and companion features; the community feed and direct messages are limited to members 18 and older. If you are under 18, we encourage a parent or guardian to be aware of your use of the app.

Not a substitute for professional care

Luvv.Wavv offers mindfulness-based, soul-guided support — it is not therapy, medical advice, or crisis intervention, and your AI companion is not a licensed professional. If you are in crisis or in danger, please contact emergency services or the resources listed on our Crisis Resources page.

Your subscription

• New accounts get a 7-day free trial of full access.
• After the trial, continued access is $8.88/month, billed through Stripe, until you cancel.
• You can cancel anytime; your access continues through the end of the current billing period.
• Deleting your account cancels any active subscription immediately.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, or target another member, in the community or in direct messages.
• Share another person's private or contact information.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity in a harmful way.
• Use the service for anything illegal, or to promote self-harm to others.
• Attempt to circumvent our safety systems, including the anonymity and content-filtering protections.

Our full community rules live in the Community Guidelines. Violating them may result in content removal, a temporary restriction, or permanent account termination.

Your content

Your journal entries and companion conversations are yours. We use them only to run and personalize your experience, as described in our Privacy Policy. The Luvv.Wavv name, design, and program content are our property.

Account termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or the Community Guidelines, including patterns of malicious reporting or content that endangers other members. You may delete your own account at any time.

No warranty, limited liability

Luvv.Wavv is provided "as is." We do our best to keep it safe, accurate, and available, but we don't guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted, and we aren't liable for outcomes from your use of the app beyond what's required by law.

Changes to these terms

If we make a meaningful change to these terms, we'll notify you by email or an in-app notice before it takes effect.
